Job summary
A leading aerospace consultancy is seeking a Technical Author to produce various S1000D documents related to aircraft operations. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence. Ideal candidates will have strong aerospace experience, proficiency in S1000D, and strong communication skills. The contract is initially for 6 months, with a competitive hourly rate between £33 - £36, outside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Production of S1000D documents for Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Production of S1000D documents for Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
- Production of S1000D documents for IPC (Illustrated parts catalogue).
- Production of S1000D documents for Master Minimum Equipment List.
- Production of S1000D documents for Service Bulletin incorporation.

Our client is looking for a Technical Author to support their long-term contract in Aerospace.
Responsibilities
Our client is looking for an Aerospace Author for the production of S1000D documents for:
- Aircraft Flight Manual
- Aircraft Maintenance Manual
- IPC (Illustrated parts catalogue)
- Master Minimum Equipment List
- Service Bulletin (SB) incorporation
- Plus some other aircraft manuals
You will need
- Aerospace experience
- The ability to work productively on a remote basis
- Strong communication skills
- S1000D experience
