Job summary
A leading education recruitment company is seeking a Teaching Assistant Assessor/Trainer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications to adult learners. The role requires experience as a Teaching Assistant and the ability to provide engaging training sessions. A full driving license and flexibility with travel are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £25,500 to £28,000 depending on experience.

- Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant with recent experience spanning for the last 3-5 years
- Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism is highly desirable.
- Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications at Level 1 and Level 2, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
