Job summary
A claims management company is looking for a candidate to provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients, primarily in the Commercial sector. Ideal candidates will be ACILA qualified or demonstrate relevant experience. This role favors those who prefer minimal travel and a flexible working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in resolving claims, preferably in the Commercial sector.
- Ability to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
- Confidence in providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and clients.
- Work primarily from a home base, minimizing travel.
- Develop relationships with brokers and adjusters.
Skills
Education
Working from a home base you give technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK principally across the Commercial sector, but excluding motor.
This role would suit someone who is experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel much or prepare reports. You need to be confident and able to develop a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
Candidates will ideally be ACILA qualified but would also look at candidates who can demonstrate their experience and working towards this qualification.
May also suit part-time/flexible working.
