A leading D2C beauty brand is seeking a Remote Creative Strategist to shape their creative vision. You will develop creative strategies and hands-on production, focusing on performance marketing. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in creative systems for D2C brands. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary of $2,000 to $4,000/month, depending on experience.

Salary: $2,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct deposit
Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours in Puerto Rico time (UTC-4)
Our client is a rapidly growing D2C beauty brand pioneering LED light therapy devices with a visual, trend-forward approach that resonates with modern consumers. Their brand sits at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and pop culture - creating endless opportunities for creative storytelling. This is your chance to shape the creative vision of a category-defining brand during its most critical growth phase.
We need someone to build and own their entire creative system from ideation to execution. This role requires both hands-on creative skills (video editing, graphic design, copywriting) and strategic thinking (angle development, performance analysis, systematic testing). As they scale rapidly, we need creative that converts at higher ad spend levels while maintaining quality and efficiency. The right person will excel at creative strategy and execution, then build scalable systems and processes around that expertise.
