The Sales and Accounts Administrator role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a confident, self-driven approach to meeting deadlines.

While previous accounts experience is not required, full training and continuous development will be provided, offering an excellent opportunity to build valuable skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Daily Cash Banking and Reconciliation
•Sales Ledger Management, including Credit Control and Customer Account Maintenance
•Weekly Reconciliation of Deposit Accounts
•Processing and Management of Intercompany Transactions
•Support with Additional Finance Tasks during Holiday Cover, including Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, and related duties

+ Able to multitask efficiently whilst simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Outstanding administrative skills, great attention to detail and organisation.
+ Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections.
+ Have strong communication skills and enjoy presenting ideas to others.
