In this role, you will implement engagement surveys and collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong communication skills, and a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification. Salary: From £50,000
As Employee Experience Manager, you will support a structured, holistic approach to enhance employee experience across the employee lifecycle at SUEZ R&R UK and beyond. This involves collaborating closely with and supporting the Chief Business Services Officer (CBO) and other relevant stakeholders to create and deliver key initiatives and projects aligned to SUEZ UK and Group priorities. While experience in HR can be beneficial, we are open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds who bring strong people skills, communication, and a curiosity to learn more.
