What’s the opportunity?
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Norwich, Sprowston retail park, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings.
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you can earn up to £30,000 with commission.
What does the role involve?
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect furniture for their homes
- Completing customer orders and processing finance applications accurately
- Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience within the team
- Maintaining the showroom’s appearance through housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture arrangement
- Ensuring the showroom is a welcoming, safe environment
- Developing knowledge of all products and services
- Performing additional duties as required
