A global education company in the UK is seeking a Business Skills Trainer to develop and deliver engaging training programs. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of training experience, excellent communication, and coaching skills. You will be responsible for both face-to-face and virtual sessions while tailoring content to suit individual learner needs. The position offers a hybrid work environment and requires flexibility in scheduling, including possible evening and weekend work.
Pearson TQ are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team who can deliver engaging and inspiring training. The Business Skills Trainer will develop and deliver high quality business skills and leadership training programmes that enhance and develop learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours. They will teach and deliver courses in both face to face and virtual workshop environments to a high standard and support with content and resource development, as needed. In addition, they will ensure learning programmes are individualised, bespoke and are tailored to suit individual learners needs.
This post is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applicants will be expected to undertake an enhanced disclosure through the DBS.
