Qualifications

• Demonstrable training and delivery experience of Level 5 Coaching and Management Apprenticeships.
• Ability to effectively manage learners and caseloads.
• Experience of Ofsted inspections desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalised learning programmes for apprentices.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to apprentices.
• Track apprentices' progress and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
