A leading educational services provider is seeking a Business Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs, focusing on business and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in training delivery within the business skills sector and preferably in healthcare, particularly with the NHS. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to create engaging and tailored learning experiences.
Pearson TQ are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team who can deliver engaging and inspiring training. The Business Skills Trainer will develop and deliver high quality business skills and leadership training programmes that enhance and develop learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours. They will teach and deliver courses in both face to face and virtual workshop environments to a high standard and support with content and resource development, as needed. In addition, they will ensure learning programmes are individualised, bespoke and are tailored to suit individual learners needs.
