Job summary

A healthcare foundation in the UK is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their Psychiatric Liaison Team at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The position involves conducting assessments, providing clinical expertise, and collaborating with community mental health teams. Candidates should possess a relevant nursing qualification, have experience in mental health services, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive mental health service experience.
  • Evidence of post-registration training and qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience in managing clinical risk and providing effective collaborative care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments for patients in Emergency Department.
  • Provide expertise in assessment and care for mental health patients.
  • Ensure communication with hospital staff about changes in care plans.

Skills

Analytical and decision-making abilities
