• Work on high-quality matters involving UK succession and tax planning.

• Provide clear, practical, and commercial legal advice to UK-based clients.
• Manage a varied workload efficiently, with appropriate supervision.
• Draft complex legal documents using relevant precedents.
• Conduct legal research with a commercial lens.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members where appropriate.
• Participate in client seminars, presentations, and pitches.
• Identify and pursue client development opportunities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent, e.g. CILEX) with 2+ years' PQE.
• Strong expertise in domestic and international succession and tax planning.
• STEP qualification is advantageous.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and commercial awareness.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing a broad caseload.
• Effective communicator who builds rapport with clients.
• Committed to teamwork and personal growth.
