Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage a complex and ever‑changing diary for the CEO, ensuring meetings and commitments are prioritised effectively.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute‑taking and follow‑up actions.
  • Arrange UK‑based travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare and circulate board and leadership documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Produce HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters and contractual changes.
  • Support recruitment processes including interview coordination, onboarding and security/clearance administration.
  • Assist with tracking training, absence and performance review activities.
  • Handle sensitive information in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Previous exposure to HR administration or working within an HR team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling).
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, including mail merge.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to commute to the office in Stoke.
