A Worcestershire based law firm.

A traditional high street law firm is looking for a Property Lawyer to join and pick up an existing caseload of Commercial work.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to focus on excellent quality commercial work for a loyal client base.

It would suit a lawyer who has at least 5 years' experience and there are long term progression opportunities within the firm.

• The work will span across general landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals and development work

The firm do not need a solicitor with a client following. They are looking for a qualified solicitor ideally with at least 5 years' experience in Commercial Property. Part-time candidates would be considered too.
