- 3+ years of proven CRM experience
- A background working in a similar data focused industry - Finance/Insurance/Gaming etc
- Previous experience in CRM channel planning (Email, SMS, In-App, Push)
- Test design and execution of campaigns (A/B, Multivariate)
- Collaborate with internal data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging
- Journey orchestration, personalisation logic, dynamic content setup
- Audience segmentation and QA targeting logic
- Extensive experience building campaigns (Emails and SMS)
- Technical understanding or CRM data flows and integration points
- Fully remote role. Must be UK based and monthly travel to their HQ
- £50k - c£60k
