A leading grocery retailer in Birmingham is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will lead and motivate your team while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and managing KPIs effectively. £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
