A leading retailer in the UK is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to enhance profitability and security within the shop. You will deter theft, monitor CCTV, and support staff in reducing shrinkage. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older for this role.
  • Previous experience in loss prevention is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Profit Protection issues.
  • Mitigate risks of harm to Partners and Customers.
  • Manage shrinkage performance within budget.
  • Support and coach Partners to minimize shrinkage.
  • De-escalate conflict situations in the shop.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
