Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work on a varied shift basis, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for Profit Protection issues.
• Mitigate risk of harm to partners and customers.
• Manage shrinkage performance.
• Support and coach partners on shrinkage minimization.
• Professionally de-escalate conflict situations.
• Assist with investigations as needed.
