Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for Profit Protection issues.
• Mitigate risks of harm to Partners and Customers.
• Manage shrinkage performance within budget.
• Support and coach Partners to minimize shrinkage.
• De-escalate conflict situations in the shop.
