Role Overview

As a Change Consultant in P&CA you will support the delivery of complex transformation and change initiatives, initially concentrating on high‑impact change projects within the Consumer Products and Retail sector. Your contribution will help clients navigate outsourcing and broader transformation programmes, shaping and delivering change initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of overall work streams necessary to deliver projects and help redesign service operations by embracing digital capabilities.
  • Implement change management methodologies, tools and processes on client engagements to drive forward P&CA thought leadership.
  • Deliver business change assets – such as impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, hyper‑care governance, communication & training plans, pain‑point analysis and BAU transition – with minimal guidance.
  • Shape and solve problems using a fact‑based approach to generate insights for clients.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, bids and proposition development.
  • Participate in internal contribution activities, including campaign development, think‑tanks, white papers, practice development and offering development.
  • Engage in learning & development, supporting your career growth and the skills demand within the company through training and certifications.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business change and a solid understanding of change methodologies.
  • Ability to operate within a workstream to deliver discrete deliverables and work as part of a team under pressure.
  • Capability to up‑skill, educate or coach employees at all levels, enabling knowledge transfer during change.
  • Strong engagement skills with C‑level / CXO stakeholders on a peer‑to‑peer basis with credibility and gravitas.
  • Desirable: background in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting exposure; related qualifications (PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change or equivalent); experience delivering outsourcing programmes and employee transition strategies; experience in the Consumer Products and Retail sector; proven success in a matrixed organisation and ability to enlist support from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions; proposition building and delivery experience.
