As a Manager specialising in Finance Management with Shared Services (SS) experience at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients' financial operations through the effective implementation and management of Oracle Finance solutions.
Your deep understanding of shared services models and Oracle applications will enable you to drive efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support financial transformation initiatives. You will be at the forefront of transforming our clients' financial operations. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle ERP solutions to design and implement innovative financial architectures that drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes.
As an Oracle Finance/Functional manager, you will be responsible for solutioning and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) tailored to the needs of our clients. This role combines deep Oracle expertise with strategic thinking and leadership, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with both client objectives and industry best.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
