• Retail management and commercial experience, with strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
• Ability to work at pace and respond to the changing needs of the customer.
• A collaborative personality and ability to thrive in a team-centered approach.
• A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
