Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Director, Corporate and FIG Debt Capital Markets Syndicate at a leading international corporate and investment bank in London. The role involves overseeing Debt Syndicate operations, supporting Debt Market Origination teams, and facilitating Capital Markets mandates for clients across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include preparing client presentations, analyzing active Capital Markets, assisting with growth initiatives, pricing and executing public market transactions, and developing expertise across core client segments in Corporate and FIG.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the strategic objectives of the Capital Markets team, aligning with Corporate Finance and CIB strategies.
- Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including pricing, transaction approval, collaboration with external syndicates, internal approvals, and settlement.
- Utilize tools such as e-books and Bloomberg for high-level execution.
- Price capital market issuances for clients in EUR and GBP.
- Collaborate with bond origination and sales teams to execute transactions.
- Engage with issuers and investors to provide market updates, identify opportunities, and manage roadshows.
