We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team and play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of this exciting new restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and passionate leadership team within one of London’s most anticipated openings.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience reflective of both The Langham’s heritage and Sale e Pepe’s iconic reputation. You will help lead, train, and motivate the team, uphold service standards, and contribute to achieving financial and operational goals.

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver warm, professional, and attentive service
• Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
• Oversee reservations, guest relations, and service recovery where required
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Monitor performance metrics and support in achieving sales and profitability targets
• Uphold brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• A collaborative and hands‑on approach to management
• Financial awareness and familiarity with budgets, costs, and targets
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
