Position details
  • Position: Restaurant Manager
  • Employer: Prestigious Italian restaurant
  • Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Gross salary package: £31,000 to £34,000
  • Weekly working hours/days: up to 40-48 hours / 5/6 days (tbc)

Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position. The main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and deliver a polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant.

Minimum qualifications
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
  • Personal alcohol licence
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
