- Leading and overseeing the housing litigation function
- Managing a caseload of housing litigation matters, including:
- Disrepair claims
- Complex possession proceedings
- Providing supervision and guidance to junior lawyers and paralegals
- Handling injunction‑related matters
- Ensuring continuity and stability within the department during the transition period
- Senior‑level litigation experience within the public sector
- Strong background in housing litigation
- Experience supervising and supporting junior staff
- Ability to step in quickly and provide leadership
