Job summary

A major drinks industry organisation is seeking an Interim Digital HR Systems Project Manager / Business Analyst in Scotland. This hybrid role involves leading the harmonisation of Time & Attendance processes and engaging with stakeholders across various production sites. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG sectors, and is skilled in methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile. The position offers significant autonomy in a transformation programme that is critical to the company’s success.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Business Analyst or HR Systems Project Manager experience, ideally with Time & Attendance or payroll projects.
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG or similar operational environments is highly beneficial.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects or leading substantial project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Time & Attendance Harmonisation Initiative across multiple Scottish production sites.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures.
• Analyse current T&A, scheduling, and payroll processes across the drinks manufacturing environment.
