Director of Member Relations (FTC 9–12 Months Maternity Cover)
Location: London (Hybrid) | Salary: Up to £125K
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading membership organisation for an experienced Director of Member Relations to cover a 9–12 month maternity leave. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving member engagement, retention and strategic relationship management across a high-profile financial services membership base.
Leading and developing the Member Relations team
Driving retention and growth across major financial services members
Owning the Relationship Management strategy and approach
Providing insight, analysis and reporting to senior leadership
Overseeing membership renewals and member satisfaction initiatives
Experience within a financial services membership organisation is essential
Strong stakeholder management skills, including C‑suite engagement
Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire high-performing teams
Commercially astute, member-focused and strategic in approach
