Retail Marine Account Executive / Insurance Producer needed to lead a new business team for a specialist, independent Marine Insurance Broker. The role offers full remote work or can be based in the broker's offices in Greece/Cyprus for part of the year. You will operate in a senior capacity, heading up a new business team and representing a broker with existing binders/facilities across Marine Trades, Marine Yachts, Marine Liability and Marine War business. This role provides autonomy to grow and manage an existing team, and to contribute ideas to senior leadership on expanding footprint across the UK, Ireland and European markets with international travel.

As Commercial Marine Manager, you will have full use of Acturis and will be the main focal point between the marine brokers/producers and the Directors.

• Lead a small team of Marine Brokers/Producers and serve as the primary liaison between the team and Directors.
• Develop and grow Marine Trades / Retail Marine business in the UK and Europe.
• Propose and implement strategies to expand footprint across UK, Ireland and European markets; travel internationally as required.
• Utilize Acturis to manage processes and support day-to-day activities.
• Remove red tape and deliver autonomy to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Proven track record of developing new Marine Trades / Retail Marine business in the UK and Europe.
• Experience leading a small team of brokers/producers and coordinating with senior leadership.
• Ability to work remotely or from offices in Greece/Cyprus with willingness to travel internationally.
• Familiarity with Acturis is preferred.

• Strong salary and package, with an attractive bonus/commission structure.
• Option to work from home full time or from the offices in Greece, with international travel covered.
