Desk-based Commercial Claims Adjuster/Handler
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as a Desk-Based Commercial Claims Adjuster/Claims Handler, where innovation meets technical excellence. Working alongside the Commercial focal-point team in Leeds, you’ll handle commercial property claims from start to finish, and where required using cutting-edge smartphone video technology to conduct virtual site inspections and customer interviews. Your early decisions on liability and contractor appointments will help drive claims forward efficiently and effectively.
In this fast-paced, desk-based environment, you’ll be the central point of contact for all parties involved in the claim—customers, clients, brokers, and suppliers—ensuring seamless communication and project management. You’ll oversee every aspect of the claim, from cost control to final settlement, all while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring some field experience as a commercial property loss adjuster or significant desk-based claims handling expertise. You’ll be confident with technology, adaptable to change, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. With a grasp of business interruption claims and a commitment to professional development, you’ll thrive in this modern, customer-focused setting.
