Qualifikationen
- Proven expertise in handling claims over GBP250,000.
- Solid experience with UK and Ireland claims processes.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Responsibility for a caseload of technical liability claims in key Company jurisdictions with particular focus on UK and Ireland.
- Proven expertise and handling of losses valued in excess of GBP250,000.
- Maintaining operational and technical oversight of key outsource arrangements
- Ensuring accuracy of financial recording and reporting under referral to management.
- Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid experience of Pre-action Protocols, Portal of Low Value Personal Injury Claims, Compensation Recovery Unit, and London Market processes and procedures
- Experience of multi-jurisdictional primary and excess layer claims also helpful.
- Excellent UK technical claims handling experience.
- Enthusiasm to develop and train team members to support ongoing career progression.
- Accountable for decision making and will act honestly and ethically at all times.
