The Role

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You will work to define and execute data migration strategy, ensuring accuracy and integrity. You will also utilize ETL tools like Informatica and Apex Data Loader (and any other in-house customer tools).

Your responsibilities

• Implement data validation, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
• Design and implement API integrations with external systems.
• Ensure performance optimization for bulk data processing.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and Salesforce security best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer for future scalability.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Be available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions.

Your Profile

• Able to actively make suggestions based on results.
• Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
• A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.
• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to enable stakeholder confidence.
• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans supporting the strategy.
• Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
• A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude, excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to observe trends.
• Ability to work within fixed time-bound projects.
