A leading UK healthcare trust is seeking a motivated individual for a pivotal administrative support role within the Governance and Risk Team. You will manage confidential data, coordinate reporting, and assist in quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have proven administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care. Working across the four departments within the Women and Children’s Group, the post holder will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Group’s Quality and Safety agenda.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with proven administrative experience to contribute to high standards of patient care. As a valued member of the Governance and Risk Team, the post holder will support quality improvement initiatives and assist in the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality services across the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all agreed standards, policies, and performance targets are achieved in accordance with Departmental, Trust, and National requirements. In addition, they will manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information relating to staff and Trust matters, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and the highest ethical standards at all times.
