A global aerospace and defense company is seeking a Director of Business Development. L3Harris MAS is a Canadian industry leader in platform In‑Service Support (ISS) and systems integration for the Department of National Defence (DND) and aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). For over 50 years L3Harris MAS has carried out the fleet management repair maintenance and modernization of Canada’s Fighter jets the CF‑18s as well as similar services for other international F/A‑18 users. Thanks to our extensive technical expertise and passionate employees L3Harris MAS has also developed innovative and customised solutions for the ISS of other major fleets of the Canadian government such as the CC‑150 Polaris (Airbus 310), the CC‑330 Husky (Airbus A330), the CP‑140 Aurora aircraft and the CH‑148 Cyclone and CH‑147F Chinook helicopters. L3Harris MAS was also recently selected as Canada’s Strategic Partner for F‑35 Lightning Sustainment. We also offer integrated Mission System solutions on business jets and other aircraft as well as component repair and overhaul design and manufacturing of aircraft parts and state‑of‑the‑art electronic publication solutions. Finally we partner within L3Harris to offer C4ISR products and support solutions to DND.

As Director of Business Development (BD) at L3Harris MAS you will develop growth strategies and lead and execute capture and pursuit activities to ensure the future health of the company with a particular focus on military airborne C4ISR solutions.
