I am delighted to be working with a highly reputable and dynamic organisation in Bath to help them recruit an HR Advisor.

This is a newly created position due to growth, offering great exposure to work as a true generalist within a busy, forward thinking, and commercial HR team.

Salary up to £45,000 + benefits and hybrid working of 3 days in the office.

As the HR Advisor you will play a crucial role in supporting your designated business areas with all HR support and guidance, you will work closely with the wider HR team ensuring a highly effective and efficient HR service is delivered across the organisation.

Duties will include :
  • First point of contact for all HR advice and guidance
  • Provide advice and guidance on a range of Employee relation case work to include, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
  • Coach and guide managers through the full employment life cycle to maximise performance.
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management skills, building effective relationship's with your client groups.
  • Support and lead on onboarding of new starters
  • Updating of HR policy and procedures in line with current legislation and UK employment law
  • HR reporting and HR data analysis for Senior leadership teams.
What you will need :
  • A strong understanding of generalist HR practice is essential as well as up to date employment law
