HR Advisor - Central

Location: Any UK Location / Hybrid working. May be required to travel to any of our manufacturing sites as part of the role.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:30-16:00

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Purpose:

To provide comprehensive administrative, analytical and advisory support across the HR function, ensuring effective delivery of the employee lifecycle, HR projects, data reporting, compliance activities, and general HR support.

To support the Reward & Benefits team with ongoing coordination and administration benefits for all colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Central HR Support
  • Support managers with employee relations cases including absence management, family friendly processes, welfare, probationary and performance management.
  • Assist with delivering employee engagement and employee voice initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of central new starters.
  • Support the coordination of central employee forum meetings and actions.
  • HR Data & Reporting
  • Collect and analyse HR data to support business and HR decision-making.
  • Maintain and update HR dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure data accuracy, integrity and systems improvements.
  • HR Meeting & Projects
  • Organise meetings, capture actions and chase completion.
  • Support the tracking and coordination of HR projects.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates for key stakeholders.
  • Reward & Benefits Management
  • Support data management and data collection for reward and benefits processes such as salary sacrifice.
  • Manage process of reward and benefit schemes invitations for colleagues during relevant application windows.
  • General HR Administration
  • Create and maintain central tracking spreadsheets.
  • Update starter, leaver, and employee change details.
  • Support central absence, time and attendance administration.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in handling and analysing data.
  • Able to work with discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload across different sites and teams.
