A dynamic food company is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple sites. The role includes managing employee relations, coordinating HR projects, and handling HR data reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and be confident in data analysis. Location: Any UK Location / Hybrid working. May be required to travel to any of our manufacturing sites as part of the role.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:30-16:00
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative, analytical and advisory support across the HR function, ensuring effective delivery of the employee lifecycle, HR projects, data reporting, compliance activities, and general HR support.
To support the Reward & Benefits team with ongoing coordination and administration benefits for all colleagues.
