The Product Analyst is a key role in the Career Development function.
As the Product Analyst you will be tasked with working in a global environment with stakeholders, team members, and customers located throughout the world. As such you should have a go-getter attitude and be willing to work in a fast‑paced environment. Successful product analyst has demonstrated a keen understanding of what our user base wants and is able to deliver on those actions with high quality results.
This role is part of the Talent Management Product Team within the HR Product Portfolio and works closely with the Career Development Teams, Product Owner and Change Manager. You will also work closely with other functional team including broader HR and Finance to understand data flow and integrations.
