Job Description
  • Responding to staff and manager enquiries
  • Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
  • Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
  • Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
  • Staying updated on employment law to advise management
  • Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
  • Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects
  • Generating HR reports and assisting with audits
Qualifications
  • HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential
  • Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
