6 Month Contract

Job purpose:

Ensure all wages are captured accurately on the wage keep system.

Operational

  • Submit wages on time to meet all deadlines
  • Resolve all wage queries and complete reconciliations
  • Complete all labour documentation daily
  • File all wages for auditing purposes
  • Audit all trip sheets and Blick reports
  • Ensure standards of Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Ensure that security requirements and procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain housekeeping standards on a daily basis
  • Ensure correct dress codes are followed
  • Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
