Sodexo We areseeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team at our prestigioussite in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carryingout a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the site is maintained to a highstandard. You will work in areas used by client staff and must adhere to healthand safety regulations, as well as company and local policies.
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as directed by your supervisor or management
- Undertake all required training related to cleaning services
- Wear company uniform and personal protective equipment as required
- Comply with all client policies regarding housekeeping, infection control, and security
- Follow COSHH and health & safety guidelines at all times
- Use cleaning task cards and adhere to colour coding policies
- Report faults with cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor
- Maintain stock areas and cleaning cupboards, reporting low stock or issues
- Complete all records accurately and promptly
- Report incidents, complaints, and compliments to your line manager
- Support the “One Team” ethos and cross-train in other departments as needed
- Experience working in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Presentable and personable
- Knowledge of health & safety
- Previous cleaning experience
- Experience in a similar service environment, ideally within blue chip or prestige organisations
- Relevant training, qualifications, and experience in line with industry best practice
