We’re looking for a passionate and professional Front Office Agent to be the face of our guest experience - delivering seamless bookings, arrivals, genuine warmth, and memorable moments from check-in to farewell.

Your Role as Front Office Agent
  • Greets guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care.
  • Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision.
  • Coordinates guest requests and concierge services with flair
  • Liaises with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholds Gilpin’s standards of luxury, discretion, and personalised service.
  • Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
  • Promotes the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.
Qualifications

  • A confident communicator with a natural sense of hospitality.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Previous front office or guest service experience (luxury preferred).
  • Comfortable with booking systems and multitasking under pressure.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Additional Information

Salary: from £28,665 to £31,005

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
