Location: Manchester M3 3GY

Hours: 10 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 17:00-19:00

Rate Of Pay: £12.60 per hour plus Sodexo benefits

About the Role

Sodexo We areseeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team at our prestigioussite in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carryingout a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the site is maintained to a highstandard. You will work in areas used by client staff and must adhere to healthand safety regulations, as well as company and local policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as directed by your supervisor or management
  • Undertake all required training related to cleaning services
  • Wear company uniform and personal protective equipment as required
  • Comply with all client policies regarding housekeeping, infection control, and security
  • Follow COSHH and health & safety guidelines at all times
  • Use cleaning task cards and adhere to colour coding policies
  • Report faults with cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor
  • Maintain stock areas and cleaning cupboards, reporting low stock or issues
  • Complete all records accurately and promptly
  • Report incidents, complaints, and compliments to your line manager
  • Support the “One Team” ethos and cross-train in other departments as needed
Person Specification
Essential
  • Experience working in a multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Presentable and personable
  • Knowledge of health & safety
Desirable
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Experience in a similar service environment, ideally within blue chip or prestige organisations
  • Relevant training, qualifications, and experience in line with industry best practice
