- Oversee all property operations during the night shift.
- Greet guests warmly on arrival and say a fond farewell on departure. Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
- Lead shifts and support team members to ensure prompt, high‑quality service.
- Support the Front Office Manager with daily front office operations and staff supervision.
- Engage guests in conversations about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and availability.
- Foster teamwork by partnering with others to achieve shared goals.
- Process payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Train, coach, and manage the Front Office team to enhance engagement and growth.

- Previous experience in working in a hotel reception environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential. However, minimum one year working in a high contact customer service role is required.
This is a full time role (40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of night shifts Monday to Sunday and occasional bank holidays.
