As a Night Receptionist, your role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Your key duties will include handling check‑in and check‑out services for the guests and assisting them with requests during their stay.
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for Night Receptionists to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can‑do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
