We are delighted to be working with a prestigious 4 Red Star hotel with a 2 Rosette restaurant and multiple dining outlets. They are now looking for a talented Head Chef to lead a brigade of 12 chefs and help drive the food offering across the hotel to the next level.
You will work closely with an Executive Chef who is passionate about quality, consistency, and seasonality, while having the autonomy to put your own stamp on menus and the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Head Chef to take the lead in a renowned hotel kitchen and work closely with an Executive Chef who will support your ideas and progression.
