• Own the vibe: As our Bar Manager, set the tone and energy of our cocktail bar, making it the heartbeat of the hotel and a local favourite. Support the events team in running the private bar as and when required.
• Raise the bar: Create and evolve a drinks menu that’s seasonal, stylish, and rooted in local flavour, from creative cocktails to curated spirits.
• Lead with confidence: Manage daily bar operations, stock, compliance, and financial performance; ensuring standards are as high as our spirits.
• Grow your team: Inspire, recruit, and develop a team of bartenders and bar staff who bring the energy and flair to every shift.
