A leading healthcare provider in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Staff Nurse to rotate through various aspects of urological nursing. Applicants should be enthusiastic about building core nursing skills and fostering clinical capabilities in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include providing high-standard clinical nursing and supervising students and Clinical Support Workers. The role offers comprehensive development opportunities for aspiring nurses aiming for advanced expertise in urological care.
The successful candidate will rotate within all aspects of urological nursing embracing this rich learning opportunity, remaining responsible for the assessment of patient needs, development of programmes of care, and implementation and evaluation. To act as a role model to students and Clinical Support Workers. This exciting opportunity enables a novice staff nurse to build on key nursing skills whose foundations are rooted within a genuine interest for urological specialist nursing and become an expert. The aim is to harness talent, build confidence and clinical capability aligned with academic achievements that will future proof advanced urological nursing.
