The position is home-based with travel throughout England required. - Provide expert product advice on machine applications and pricing.
- Define and manage product strategy and roadmap.
- Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings.
- Support strategic machine demonstrations.
- Liaise with suppliers and technical teams.

- Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
- Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions
- Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments
- Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options
- Experience in the Road / Compact / Heavy Plant Equipment sector - essential
- Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools
- Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
