For this reason, a marvellous opportunity has arisen for an RMN or RGN qualified Registered Home Manager to run and oversee a 6 bedded Mental Health Nursing Home in Manchester with "Good" CQC Ratings in all areas. They provide individually tailored, person centred care to adults. Their client group includes service users who exhibit very complex physical, emotional challenging behaviours and acute and forensic mental health.

Job Requirements

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the home
• Responsible for leading a team of clinical & care staff
• Ensure the service is safely and well run
• Adherence to company and CQC guidelines and policies
• Appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to
• Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs
• Keeping accurate administrative records

Qualifications

• RMN or RGN Qualified
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality mental health care
• Extensive Mental Health Sector experience - Acute & Forensic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
