Job summary
A local care staffing agency located in Lancaster is seeking experienced and reliable staff to provide personal care and housekeeping for residents. Flexible working hours are offered to ensure work/life balance. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene, engaging with residents, and general housekeeping. The role ensures a supportive environment with extensive training provided. Pay is £12.21 per hour, and benefits include a pension scheme and 24-hour support.

- Experience in personal care or support roles is desirable.
- Ability to work with challenging behaviours.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide general housekeeping for residents.
- Assist residents with washing, showering, and dressing.
- Engage with residents to reduce anxiety during care.
- Make and change beds as needed.
- Serve food or assist residents during meals.
- Utilize moving and handling equipment appropriately.
